To be honest, I do not know whether I do, but I think it is good to have one, so that people that know me can find me on the web. I used to have accounts on many different social networks, but it is just a pain in the butt, because it takes too much precious time. Creating a website is also time consuming, of course, but once I have finished it, I will only have to update the content time after time.
Having said that, I want to remark that I do still have a few social network accounts: Facebook, MeinVZ and Вконтакте.ру, however I am not going to keep them for much longer. At the latest, I shall delete them on Dec 31st this year (2010).

2.1. Man, your website sucks!
Maybe. Look, I am not a web-designer at all. I am just using a free template downloaded from Free Web Templates which I liked (I did modify it a little bit, though). I think that what really matters is the content. Good content is IMHO better than a fancy design and that will be the direction in which I shall work. At the moment, I am not thinking of making a better design in near (or even far) future.

I have downloaded a free website template from Free Web Templates, modified it a little bit and then did some simple PHP programming (I was quite pleased to find out that PHP was very similiar to the C programming language). The hardest part was MySQL-related code, but with this wonderful manual it was not that hard.

No, I do not think so.
Back to the top2.4. Could you share the source code of your website?
I will not share the whole code for the simple reason that it contains, for example, the access data to the MySQL databases. However, if you are interested in the implementation of some parts of the website, feel free to contact me.

Sorry, I am no superman. It takes some time to fill the website with content. Besides, there are also other things that I should do. So please be patient, the section you would like to see will appear soon.
Back to the top2.6. Why are there some entries missing in the guest book?
Yes, you probably have noticed that the entry numbers do not increase continously, or that your own entry is missing. Well, the missing entries are the ones that I have found inappropriate. For example, I do listen to criticism (and the critique posts are kept visible), but I can not tolerate personal insults, whether one is insulting me or other visitors of the website.
General rule: if you don't want your message deleted, please follow the common netiquette. Swear words are OK, as long as they are not used to insult people.
